Relais de clignotant pour toutes les Vespa avec courant alternatif (AC), comme par exemple tous les modèles PX/PK Lusso.
Le relais ne contient pas d'électronique pour le réglage de la tension et ne convient donc que pour le courant alternatif.

Il dispose de 3 connexions:

C (point vert) = entrée courant alternatif

L1 (point blanc) = sortie de courant cadencé

L2 (point rouge) = sortie de courant cadencé

Le courant est alors cadencé en alternance sur L1 et L2. On obtient ainsi la cadence alternée des clignotants avant et arrière. L'objectif est de réduire la charge à bord au minimum afin que les clignotants fonctionnent correctement même au ralenti (avec une faible tension du Stator d'allumage).

CONSEIL: Grâce à la commande électronique du signal de clignotement, il convient aussi parfaitement aux clignotants embout de guidon ou similaires. Contrairement à un relais à commande mécanique (comme par ex. les relais ronds en tôle à courant continu des anciens modèles PX), les clignotants à charge réduite (par ex. lorsque seules des ampoules de 10W sont utilisées) sont alors cadencés.
Le commutateur de clignotants est alors simplement connecté à L1. L2 peut, mais ne doit pas, servir de sortie pour une lampe témoin de clignotant.
